UTF ProPrimer Advanced Polymer Primer is a high-quality, advanced polymer primer that enhances adhesion for levelling compounds and tile adhesives. It is versatile and suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, making it an essential step in surface preparation.

Key Features:

    •    Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants like dust, oils, and grease. Remove all laitance and surface treatments, and mechanically roughen surfaces if necessary. For underfloor heating, turn it off 48 hours before and after application. Calcium sulphate screeds must be below 75% RH and mechanically abraded to remove surface laitance.
    •    Application: Apply using a brush or roller, scrubbing well into the surface to avoid pooling. Allow each coat to fully dry before applying the next.

        Coverage:

    •    1:1 Dilution: 14-20m² per litre, 70-100m² per 5L bottle.
    •    3:1 Dilution: 28-40m² per litre, 140-200m² per 5L bottle.
    •    Neat: 5-10m² per litre, 25-50m² per 5L bottle.
    •    Colour: Milky white when applied, dries clear.
    •    Application Temperature: 5˚C to 25˚C.
